Once you checkout and completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also check your order in My Account section. We accept Payment by Debit/credit card or PayPal. The payment methods we accept are listed on the Web Site as well.

You can cancel your order by sending us an email from your registered email at info@patanjaliayurveda.co.uk. 14 days of receiving the delivery. In an email, you should state your name order number and give the reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched it, then you must return the products at Patanjali Ayurveda (UK), 123 Lampton Road Hounslow TW3 4EA. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

If you cancel your order before we dispatched it, you are entitled to have the full refund. If you cancel your order that we have dispatched, you are entitled to have full refund excluding any delivery charges after we received the order back. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method within 3-4 weeks after receiving the order back.
